  • Count

    All liquor is accurately counted, in all bars and storeroom areas to establish an accurate valuation. This becomes our starting point and any subsequent stocktakes will show a variance to the original count.

  • Report

    Following the count, we will generate your report for you. Your report consists of many reports and written summaries to help you visualise and understand what happened to your stock during the stock period.

  • Consult

    When your report is ready, we will highlight any problems with the site manager and discuss the results and summary, pointing out action points, problems and opportunities so appropriate action can be taken in order to improve gross profit performance over the coming stock period.
