The Micro Revolution

We have had microbreweries for some time and now the micropub movement is gaining momentum. According to the Micropub Association.

A micropub is a small freehouse which listens to its customers, mainly serves cask ales, promotes conversation, shuns all forms of electronic entertainment and dabbles in traditional pub snacks.

The first micro pub was opened by Martin Hillier who also set up the Micropub Association. In the last year the number of micropubs has doubled click here for more information.

There seems to be two microbus in South Wales, The Mumbles Alehouse and the Little Penybont Arms. Worth a visit to check them out.
